Shopping centers aren’t generally wanted by local people. Some people prevent these facilities to be built. In my opinion, I support an enormous shopping mall to be near my home. So, I don’t oppose this idea on the contrary I lean towards it.
There are a lot of stores in malls such as food, clothing, and home stuff. It is possible to do our daily shopping there in a very short time. All stores are gathered under one roof in shopping centers. In this way, we can save time. Besides, malls include entertainment facilities as well. There are many places to have a good time such as concert hall, movie theatre, and cafes. We may spend the weekend with our friends or family there in a cold winter season.
Any shopping center reduces the unemployment significantly. Because it employs many people. Also, malls raise the level of well-being of where they are. They enliven that area. On the other hand, a mall will make the life more expensive. Price of everything will be risen because of that mall for instance, rental prices or transportation costs etc.
To sum up, I support the idea of building a shopping mall. Because, in this way, job opportunities can be increased. Having a good time, enjoying, and shopping will be easier and faster. However, cost of living is going to be inevitable.
