It means you’ve entered an invalid email or password.

Error code 14: ‘Incorrect Password. Please reenter your password and try again…’
If you see the following error message when attempting to log in, select an option below for more information:
‘Incorrect Password. Please reenter your password and try again. If the problem persists, try resetting your password by selecting “Forgot Password?” (Error Code 14)’
If you are entering the same password you used to sign up for Disney+, the following is the most likely cause:
- Password was changed for another Disney product or experience that uses the same email address
To resolve this error (and related errors):
- If you can’t recall the new password, reset your password. Keep in mind your account sign-in details will be updated for all products and experiences from The Walt Disney Company.
